Application achievements (or
a trophy) is a meta-goal defined outside a game’s parameters, a digital reward
that signifies a player’s mastery of a specific task or challenge within a
video game.

To use the application, You must
have an account and log in to one of following Third-party Service providers:
Steam store (store.steampowered.com), or
EPIC games store (store.epicgames.com)
These Service providers have their own privacy policy
that users must comply with to use their services.
You may also have the option of sharing information with
the Company through Your Service provider account. If You choose to provide
such information which might include your Personal Data, during registration or
otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to
use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data
Application does not collect Your personal data such is
Your name, e-mail, IP address, computer specifications etc.
However, if you decide to ask for support through support
e-mail, or e-mail web form on unreliablecompany.com Internet site, you need to
provide your contact e-mail and your name. In that case, you comply that this
information can be used to contact you for the purpose of support.
Usage Data
Application collects and saves Usage Data on You personal computer and Service
provider cloud storage.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the
application.
Company is not storing your usage data outside Your
personal computer and Service provider cloud storage.
Usage Data are application
statistics like time spent wile in application (playing the video-game),
items collected in application, scores in application and similar
application-related data.
Usage
data don’t contain your personal data.
Usage data is visible to You in application statistics.
Some of usage data are shared with Service providers
(e.g. EPIC Store, Steam Store etc.) for the purpose of granting You the
application achievements (trophies), and saving your
progress in the cloud hosted by Service provider.
Company can access only part of your usage data that have
been shared to Service provider for the purpose of granting You the application
achievements.
Save game data
Save game data are stored locally on Your personal computer, and also uploaded to your cloud storage linked to
Your account at Service provider. This upload serves to safe
keep and synchronize your save game data.
Company can not access your
Save game data.
2.2. Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use your Personal Data for the following
purposes:
- To
provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To
manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a
user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to
different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a
registered user.

compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products,
